This home is brand new and has all the comfort and amenities that a larger group could want. It is finely furnished and has central air conditioning. the large open living space of the kitchen, living room and dining room has room for all to spread out and there is an additional private living room on the same floor. There are two fire places, back to back. Both living rooms have French doors that exit out onto a covered deck and to a terrace in the back yard. The kitchen is top quality with granite counters and Wolf range, Sub Zero fridge and a Bosch dishwasher. there are three bedrooms in the main section of the house. The master suite has a full bath with plenty of closet space and a dressing area. The master bath is tiled in marble and the shower is tiled in travertine, counters in all the baths are granite, the master bath has a double sink. There is a full separate suite off the side entrance and up a half stair case; it is very large with a queen plus a queen sleeper. All of the bedrooms hadve easy chairs for the time you'll want to read that bok you brought. The house is located equidistance between town and Cisco Beach. Bartlett Farm is nearby.
